We've got the flashy life style shots of the amazing algarvian location we're in, the luxury surf lodge, the great waves, fantastic weather and a warm and welcoming hospitality team, but the real thing that sets us apart is the fact we take teaching surfing seriously.
SURF COACHING
Our coaching team are a highly qualified bunch with a mixture of accolades like degrees in surf science, masters in coaching sports, & level 2 international surfing association coaching qualifications. They've put together a tried and tested structure for coaching in small groups along with some fantastic coaching tools using some of the latest technology in the sport. The focus is always on fun first but our aim is for you to finish the week with a huge range of skills and knowledge you never had before.
LODGE, ATMOSPHERE, FOOD & DRINK
Our weeks are deliberately kept small & limited to a maximum of 20 people. They begin on Saturdays so everyone arrives on the same day & during your first evening wine tasting and welcome dinner, there's plenty of time to get to know your other surf mates. You'll make friends here.
The surf lodge is very well equipped inside and out with large airy bedrooms, social spaces & huge garden with pool, jacuzzi, hammocks and some more private chill out spots.
You'll be fed well during the week with hearty meals cooked by our chefs and plenty of snacks & drinks on hand throughout the day. We like to add those little extras like coffee and cake when you come back from surfing & an aperitif and appetizer before sitting down for dinner.
LOCATION & CONDITIONS
We're strategically located between south and west coastlines so getting to the best waves at the different times of year is easy. It's a quiet, peaceful countryside location but you'll have everything you need. Lagos, one of the hotspots of the Algarve is only 10 minutes away.
Surfing in this area of Europe is great for a variety of reasons: very consistent waves, warm location, two coast lines & a large variety of beaches.
