BUILT AROUND FINDING THE BEST SURF CONDITIONS
For us, the priority is planning your days around finding the best surf conditions for your level. We know you're on holiday and need some well deserved rest and recuperation but we like to throw in a sunrise and sun set surf session at least once making your week something to remember. Staying with us means nearly all the planning for the week is taken care of and you can focus on your surfing & taking it easy!
Surfing & Coaching
5 days a week, 2 coaching sessions per day with always at least one surf session in the water, two if conditions are good. One of the sessions per day could be a video coaching session, surf theory session, pool session, or many more depending on what your group will be working on.
Rest days are on Wednesday. Take a look at some of the other things to do in the area on our non-surfing activities page.
Food & Drinks
Breakfast is normally served from 8am - 10am depending on when we aim to hit the beach.
Lunch served at the lodge, or we'll have a beach picnic on your surf days.
Cocktails & apretitif are served at 7pm, dinner at 7:30pm. Don't worry, our meals are healthy & filling for hungry surfers.
Yoga & wellness
We're running yoga sessions six days a week, normally in the afternoons to stretch out and prepare body & mind for the next day's surfing. There's plenty of time to fit any of our wellness options in & to enjoy a good book or podcast in our garden or around our pool.
WILL I HAVE TIME TO EXPERIENCE ALGARVE CULTURE?
Yes! We'll be cooking some Algarvian food specialties at the lodge and then you'll see a wide range of the local area when we head out for our coaching sessions.
On Tuesday evenings our host team take the group into Lagos to explore. They'll book a table at one of our favourite local restaurants and give you a mini tour of the town so on your free day (Wednesday) you'll have a clear idea of what the possibilities are & some great recommendations to get the most out of the area.
